The AirShift OA Knee Brace uses the power of air to comfortably relieve pain for those patients with unicompartmental osteoarthritis.
Features & Benefits:
• Air Bladder System: allows patients and practitioners to adjust the level of unloading.
• Repositionable condylar gel pad focuses the air bladder's unloading force on the knee. The air bladder and hinge are applied opposite to the affected or injured side of the knee.
• Spiral Strapping System: works in concert with air bladder system to unload the osteoarthritic or injured compartment of the knee. Distal spiral strap and inner Skinloc (TM) material capture the upper calf muscle to resist distal migration.
• Wraparound Design: allows for ease of application and an optimum fit. In addition, this design requires you to inventory fewer SKUs, yet still enables you to fit a wide range of patient sizes.
• Open Popliteal: minimizes material bunching during flexion to improve comfort.
